IfYin Yoga, Tandava or Buteyko...or conscious touch- Giving people a treasure is my personal happiness!
Yoga and meditation have been with me since my childhood. In my family, above all, meditation was part of the daily routine of life. After the rebellious youth and the necessary distancing from my parents' view of life, I found my own inner direction out of my own interest and my own decision. Since then, I began to dive deep into my own experience of yoga. I worked out a lot on my own, others came as impulses from outside. For example, I prepared myself with yoga according to Iyengar (“yoga for women”) for the birth of my two children, and I also undertook postnatal training in the form of special yoga exercises.
When one day - posing in one posture - the connection between physical posture and mental correspondence became tangible, the impulse was set to go from just practicing to teaching. I began teaching as a trainer in university sports at the University of Osnabrück. A little later I took over further courses with Sabine Joost. The experience made me a teacher. Only then did I acquire the teacher certificate as part of an intensive training course after Swami Sivananda at Yoga Vidya. Since then, ever finer ones have been leadingImpulses from various directions and teachers of the eastern and western hemisphere to an ever more subtle expression of the inner state of happiness.
